🔎 About the Role
We are looking for a Pharmaceutical QA Executive with a strong foundation in pharmaceutical quality assurance, GSP/GDP compliance, and regulatory knowledge. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality and integrity of pharmaceutical products throughout storage, handling, and distribution.
In addition, the successful candidate will have the willingness to learn and support logistics operations, including warehouse coordination, inbound/outbound processes, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams and 3PL partners.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance (Primary Focus)
- Ensure full compliance with GSP/GDP, Drug Law, Circular 36, and company quality policies for pharmaceutical storage and handling.
- Review and approve inbound/outbound transactions and documentation for pharmaceutical products following local regulations.
- Maintain, update, and audit QA documentation including SOPs, quality manuals, temperature/humidity logs, and regulatory records.
- Prepare and submit mandatory reports to health authorities related to controlled drugs, special‑control products, and GSP requirements.
- Conduct internal audits, identify non‑conformities, prepare CAPA, and ensure timely closure.
- Support GSP maintenance and re‑validation activities; ensure readiness for inspections and audits.
2. Warehouse Quality Oversight
- Monitor environmental conditions (temperature & humidity) in RM & FG warehouses to ensure compliance with GSP standards.
- Conduct monthly warehouse inspections and work with 3PL/4PL partners to address non‑conformities through CAPA.
- Verify warehouse reports, ensure accurate document storage, and maintain full QA traceability for audits.
3. Regulatory Compliance & SOP Management
- Collaborate with 3PL to review, revise, and issue SOPs for warehouse/logistics activities.
- Train internal and external teams on Drug Law, GSP/GDP requirements, importation, storage, distribution, and transportation compliance.
4. Logistics Coordination (Secondary – Training Provided)
- Support inbound/outbound coordination, shipment tracking, and prevention of Demurrage/Detention fees.
- Assist with daily warehouse operations (3PL management, inventory accuracy, stock movement optimization).
- Work with internal teams (IMEX, Demand Planning, RA, Sales, QM) to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

🧑💼 Requirements
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Minimum 3–4 years of QA/QC experience within the pharmaceutical industry (GSP/GDP/GMP strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of drug regulations, pharmaceutical warehousing, and quality documentation.
- Willingness to learn logistics processes (warehouse flow, inbound/outbound, 3PL management).
- Good English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of SAP, ISO 9001/13485, or medical/pharma products.
- Experience working with 3PL/4PL providers or warehouse audits.
