I. JOB PURPOSE:
Production Engineer will demonstrate the initiatives and leading role in implementation of production process improvement to enhance the production quality and efficiency. In this role, the position will also ensure the compliance to quality standards and requirements.
II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Production process improvement:
1.1) Drive and Lead for quality improvement ( Root cause analysis/ action plan..) with DIR or A3 for molding component.
1.2) Completed all documents of new project: FAT/SAT/MAC/Validation…then handover to production..
1.3) Drive and Lead for MUV improvement for Molding
1.4) Drive and Lead for OEE improvement for Molding.
1.5) Drive and Lead for NVAA improvement for Molding.
2. Validation activity:
2.1) Do equipment risk analysis for Molding machines
2.2) Implementation the validation activities for some molding processes
2.3) Completed requirement documens: MAC,..
2.4) Leading weekly meeting to update the validation status
2.5) Follow with PIC for action plan in case validation has deviation at TK and Molding
2.6) Take responsiblity on the CSV for the production equipment.
3. Reporting and documentation:
3.1) Suppervise technicans team to monitoring the production process documents: MAC/ Machine critical paramters setting, process card,..
3.2) Make instruction/ training for leadtech/tech if we have face any new error/ quality issue need to take note when operation of Machines.
3.3) Make monthly report for: MUV, OEE , Quality, Hard saving project, Cashout, Investment Project with action plan if the Kpi is failed.
3.4) Completed the : DIR/A3
4. Project Implementation:
4.1) Participate into preparing URS for new project.
4.2) Technical review with supplier
4.3) Do FAT/SAT..
4.4) Leading for DoE
4.5) Sub-project leader ( leading team to take care for technical requirement) for caresafe project package.
5. Others tasks
5.1) Work with other sites: BBM, BTC, BBCH…to sharing/ get sharing to to fix the issue..
5.2) Support PM team to fix machine error.
5.3) Leading or participate ( as team member) for the project which assigned by manager
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in technical, major in Mechanical, Automation or related field
- At least 2 years working as Production Engineer in manufacturing companies. Experience in injection molding process/ automation process preferred
- Good command of English
- Have good knowledge of 6Sigma, minitab preferred
