As a Quality Control Officer at B. Braun you will play a vital role in ensuring product quality before releasing for delivery and controlling defect if it happens during checking by visual and function. Control corrective & preventive action of production. Pre-investigate the customer complaint.
Your key responsibilities:
- Leading FQC team to conduct inspect finished goods, investigate the failed sample (OOS handling) then release the goods in SAP system: Arrange team members to conduct the test acc to TM & TS. Handle deviation during inspection. Cooperate with production for have better understanding quality issue. Release the finished goods in SAP system. Block the affected goods in SAP system as well as adhere respective sticker in physical goods.
- Responsible in Validation activity & Test Request at F. QC team and early update Risk & Opportunities identification and evaluation for the activities at FQC team & meet requirement in ISO 17025: Arrange team member to conduct testing acc to validation plan. Notify to related dept the testing result. Follow up with OOS / DIR / trackwise if any abnormal finding during testing. Create / upload / verify report accordingly
- Monthly Report FQC field and update DIGP accordingly: Pre-condition the complaint samples when received. Conduct pre-investigation for the CC/PC together with production. Release task to related person from production for details of investigation
- SOP / TM / Wỏrk instruction creation, revision, training, evaluate the training effectiveness & conduct verify / re-verify Test method according to Validation Test Method Report from BBM: Create / revise / update TM / TS / WI when got information from superior. Supervise, coach & mentor team members. Verify the test method & qualify the staff
What you will bring to the team
- Bachelor Degree with Technical background. Prefer ackground in Mechanical, Mechantronics.
- 3 years working experience in QC in manufacturing companies. Sound knowledge and experience with 7 QC tools.
- Good communication skills. Logical thinking /Analytical mindset/System mindset. Team management experience. Computer literacy (Word, Excel)
- Fluent English
- Nice to have: Lean 6Sigma, good knowledge in production processing, power BI, power Query
