🔎 About the Role
B. Braun Vietnam is seeking a dedicated and proactive EHS Officer to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance, fostering a strong safety culture, and supporting operational excellence across the Medical Plant.
🎯 Job Purpose
- Support the EHS Manager in executing and enhancing standardized EHS strategies and programs throughout the organization.
- Assist in leading the Medical Plant’s EHS Committee to ensure legal compliance and promote best safety practices.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance Management (30%)
- Update and assess compliance with Vietnamese legal requirements, global standards, and authorities’ inspections.
- Coordinate improvement actions across departments to ensure full compliance.
- Collect, analyze, and report EHS data.
- Support interactions with government EHS authorities when required.
2. EHS Management System – ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 (50%)
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and evaluate environmental aspects.
- Conduct EHS training for new hires and refresher/legal trainings.
- Perform environmental monitoring, machine safety inspections, and chemical safety management.
- Manage waste handling and conduct regular site walkabouts.
- Investigate incidents and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor compliance and support EHS Committee activities.
3. Audit Support (10%)
- Conduct internal EHS audits.
- Support and respond to external audits.
- Update SQDC and CSRD EHS-related data.
4. APAC Regional EHS Activities (10%)
- Update and implement APAC EHS requirements.
- Participate in APAC EHS meetings and report Vietnam’s updates.
- Support annual APAC EHS campaigns.
🔐 Authorization
- Review: Company contracts, data, ISO documents.
- Propose: Improvement initiatives to enhance EHS performance.
- Release: EHS records and documents in line with company procedures.

📚 Qualifications
Education
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in relevant fields
Preferred:
- Environmental Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety
- IOSH/ISO 14001/ISO 45001 certifications
Experience
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EHS
- Basic knowledge of EHS legal requirements and ISO standards
Preferred:
- Experience working in manufacturing plants
- Experience working with government authorities
