As a Lead Engineer - Project Management Operation at B. Braun you will play a vital role in implementing projects for medical production at the Thanh Oai plant, ensuring the sustainability of current product portfolios and facilitating the transfer of new products from global sources. Additionally, to support the expansion of production capacity.
Your key responsibilities:
- Independently manage technical projects for medical production, including those requested by local production or global strategic initiatives. Projects may involve new product transfers, upgrades to production lines, or new equipment installations such as injection molds, injection molding machines, extrusion machines, assembly machines, packaging machines, dies, and supporting equipment.
- Implement PEM@bbraun methodology in project management, covering all phases: initiation, planning, monitoring/controlling, and closing. Ensure all projects meet cost, quality, and time requirements, and maintain accountability for project data reporting in the PEM-IT system. Establish project and communication structures, and ensure necessary resources are allocated and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Complete all required project documentation, including project charters, schedules (using Microsoft Project Professional), categorization, URS/FS, risk registers, investment appraisals, cashout planning, decision matrices, procurement plans, design transfer checklists, FAT/SAT plans and reports, handover documents, project close-out reports, and lessons learned. Provide project information to all relevant functional departments as required.
- Leading Global Change Control and Compliance Projects, including: Oversee the implementation of global change control and compliance projects at BBVN. Coordinate with all stakeholders and departments to execute change controls effectively. This includes changes in materials, processes, equipment, and site transfers.
- Integrate PEM@bbraun, including PEM-IT, into project management at BBVN. Assist other department with the application of PEM-IT for production projects.
What you will bring to the team:
- A Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing companies for candidates without a technical background, or a minimum of 2 years for those with a technical background. Successfully managed at least two projects as either the project leader or assistant in complex initiatives
- Exelence in English communication for both speaking and writing. Good in planning, negotiating and presenting. Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Project
- Experience with Medical/pharma manufacturing or plastic processing manufacturers. Experience working with global companies and involvement in projects facilitating the transfer of equipment and products to Vietnam.
