As a Lead Engineer - Automation Technology at B. Braun you will play a vital role in ensuring the availability of production systems and networks at the production plants, including interfaces to subordinate and superordinate systems in the Operational Technology (OT) environment. To secure data integrity, data system of manufacturing plants with technical support.  And optimizing/projecting IT infrastructure in the production environment in collaboration with the IT department

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Service operation, Life cycle activity for all of production system, applications. System administration (operational technology environment). Handle incident, change control, request fulfillment. Monitoring, Update software, renew license, update security compliance. Being local contact point of operational technology assets and software ( interface between the business and the global IT/OT teams). Provide trainings, creation of SOP, guideline, work instruction

  • Support computerized software validation (CSV) as SME of system. Define,review document, perform testing and qualifying the systems/applications from current existing production equipment, facility, QC lab, R&D service, HD plant. (As Subject Master Expert of engineering). Define operational technology system affected to product quality, Data Integrity (DI), patient safety, Provided Data flow of operational technology system, Support risk-related operational technology system. Support operation operational technology system running in validation

  • Support equipment project implementation related operational technology. Define,review and approve URS/FS for all new quipment (as Subject Master Expert engineering, responsible to decide how the system should be built-with the supplier). Perform testing and qualifying the systems/applications for new equipment.

  • Leading OT projects of development production systems, facility, logistic. MES (Manufacturing Execution System), production applications, SAP connections, automation integration, logistic…

 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor degree with major in Automation or Electronic & communication or IT . About 3-4 years experence with Automation/ IT job function 
  • Nice to have: Network administration certification( CCNA, MCSA…), Microsoft Azure Administrator, IT background, Operating systems: Knowledge in Windows Server and Linux. Experiences with manufacturing production control system (MES), SAP. Experience with SCADA and industrial communication network. Knowledge in at least 1 Scripting language (JavaScript, Python, VBA) & SQL programming, 
  • Good data sense, systematic thinking, excellent in data analysis skills and problem-solving competence. Good in office tools, backup tools…
  • Good command in English communication
  • Basic communication and teamwork skills. Curious, flexible and open-minded, Work independently, structured and committed
