B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up Winter 2026 is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.

A/ JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Support daily logistics operations, including distribution, internal transfers, and transportation coordination.
- Monitor delivery status from warehouses or logistics hubs to customers and update relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with delivery arrangements for direct shipments after customs clearance.
- Coordinate and follow up inland trucking activities between ports, warehouses, hubs, and other locations.
- Work with Logistics, IMEX, Planning, Warehouse, 3PL/4PL providers, and forwarders to obtain and update shipment information.
- Support EXW, FOB, and FCA shipments by following shipment plans, booking status, required documents, and estimated arrival dates.
- Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from logistics providers on a daily or weekly basis.
- Check POD completeness, including customer or dealer signatures and delivery addresses, and maintain proper filing.
- Support verification of logistics invoices and supporting documents submitted by 3PL/4PL providers and forwarders.
- Prepare billing files for internal review and payment processing, and support logistics KPI data checking.
2. Check logistics documents and activities against customer contracts, company procedures, and applicable logistics requirements.
- Support monitoring of vehicle compliance based on product and company requirements.
- Assist with Vietnamese sub-label ordering, delivery follow-up, inventory monitoring, and payment documentation.
- Prepare logistics reports, maintain records in company systems, and perform other tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager.

C/ REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Import-Export, Economics, or a related field
- Good command of English and the ability to communicate effectively in Vietnamese
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to organize documents, manage multiple tasks, and work proactively with guidance
