B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up Summer 2026 is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.

Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN."

 

 A/ JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Demand & Forecast Management: Ensure effective demand planning and sales forecasting for imported products by coordinating with relevant departments to optimize inventory levels and meet market needs.
  • Import & Sales Operations: Execute daily import and sales operations, including managing shipment schedules and handling required legal documentation to ensure smooth and timely processes.

C/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Final-year student or having less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills along with solid problem‑solving, negotiation, time‑management, analytical, and critical‑thinking abilities.
