B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up Summer 2026 is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.

Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN."

 

 A/ JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Support project management activities, particularly in sample production and testing coordination, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed on schedule.
  • Support process digitalization initiatives by developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and simple applications using tools such as Power BI and Power Apps.
  • Assist in procurement-related activities, including purchase requests, supplier coordination, and documentation support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support logistics and import–export operations, including shipment coordination and document preparation.
  • Manage and track equipment, samples, and consumables, ensuring proper availability and usage control.

C/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Final-year student or having less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Materials Science/Mechatronics/Chemical Engineering or other related technical fields.
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; IT skills related to Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Macro, or VB Script in Excel are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Creativity and problem‑solving abilities are advantages.
