B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.
Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN."
A/ JOB FUNCTIONS:
- To control production activities according to GMP, Bioburden, ISO 13485 & ISO 9001 standards at all the times.
- To supervise and ensure technicians to perform daily monitoring on the operating machines, setting parameters and ensure it is compliance of standards/ specification.
- To collect all data related to productivity, quality and work with team or related department to initiate the improvement action.
- To provide all technical supports, troubleshooting, repair the malfunction of machines and equipment.
- To co-operate with QM/IPQC/Project team to make detail validation plan (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new products/ new machine/ new mold/...

B/ REQUIREMENTS:
- Final year student or fresh graduated less than one year of working experience with Automation/Mechatronics/Electrical or technical background
- Having interpersonal and negotiation skill
- GPA minimum 6.5 or equivalent
- Good command of English
- Having Analytical, Problem Solving and Critical thinking
