A/ JOB FUNCTIONS:
1) Sourcing & Procurement:
- Conduct local/overseas sourcing, collect competitive quotes, and negotiate terms.
- Support import of machinery/spare parts and achieve cost-saving targets.
2) Supplier Management
- Maintain supplier communication and resolve issues.
- Perform supplier audits when required.
3) PO & Contract Administration
- Issue accurate POs in SAP and manage procurement documentation.
- Prepare contracts for managerial approval.
4) Logistics & Delivery Control: Monitor delivery schedules and address delivery issues.
5) Payment & Documentation: Submit accurate payment documents on time and keep records properly filed.

C/ REQUIREMENTS:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (less than 1 year experience) in International Economics, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, International Trade, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
