As a Executive - Market Access at B. Braun you will play a vital role in in the transformation and development in the organization of Sales & Marketing. The Market Access Executive will be responsible for implementing and supporting activities which focus on stakeholder management and processes to gain high-quality results as well as full compliance in achieving company’s business objectives. The incumbent will support to coordinate with national/ regional/ local stakeholders through appropriate processes to secure access for therapies/drugs, maintain HTA knowledge and update the external environment to technically support the optimal reimbursement and market access plans, which benefits the company, customers, authority and patients

Your key responsibilities:

  • Assist in and implement Market Access activities for quality results and compliance to support company’s business objectives: Support the endorsement process pf regional/ global team for the local customization and launch (if any). Join the New Launch project and take charge for the market accessment, legislative review. Provide input in the development of pricing strategies and pricing approval for respective products, ensuring differentiation from major competitors. Assist in setting up/shortlisting the potential key product database that can be utilized at cross-division to create and expand the competitive therapies. Adhere to company and industry codes of conduct, ethics, and pharma code
  • Assist in and implement Market Access activities for quality results and compliance to support company’s business objectives. Get alignment and adapt global and economic models and dossiers to local business needs. Maintain preparedness and compliance of health economics and technology documents to submit to healthcare authorities when required. Work closely with Marketing teams to give input and implement health economic tools to appropriately influence funding allocation, decision making and guideline development within the Vietnam healthcare system. Oversee health economic agencies in developing health economic models, reviews and publications to support the business needs when required. Deliver specialized health economic training programs for internal and external customers.
  • Updated and give recommendation for the changes and development in healthcare legislative regulations. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes, share insights and potential impacts to relevant teams/colleagues that could be affected. Support Marketing team to develop appropriate responses and incorporate legislative and regulatory changes into their product strategies to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Education: University or higher in Pharmacy or Medicine or Public Health or Health Sciences. MBA is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Market Access or Marketing in healthcare/pharma industry from MNC organizations.
  • Demonstrate experience in critical Market Access/ Marketing competencies: analysis, customer/market knowledge, strong understanding of healthcare policies and regulations and local markets.
  • Nice to have: Experiences in cross-functions: Commercial experience, Market research, Business planning (budgetary / finance) experience, Health economics (e.g. pricing, reimbursement).
  • Skills: Advanced in English (speaking, writing) and communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Innovative, Agile and good cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrate strong planning, organizational and KOLs building relationship skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving High integrity, ethical & professional.
