As a Executive - Logistics at B. Braun you will play a vital role in warehouse management and the quality management of pharmaceutical products. In this role, the position will also ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements.
Your key responsibilities:
1. GSP & HD Warehouse management
- Manage HD Plant for all activities in Warehouse from Inbound; Outbound; inventory and space…etc
- Review space daily and work with 3PL to tranfer stock between HD warehouse to HUB.
- Daily warehouse report monitoring and KPI confirmation
- E - Claim verification for Stationary, outer carton, wrapping plastic, pallets....etc
- Review and approve for overtime request from 3PL.
- Supervice the Rubbish selling for Vendor and make sure all transparancy.
- Manage the temperature & humidity in FG & RM warehouse to ensure compliance with Local regular.
- Manage the empty pallet for HD WH and make sure all movement need to record on Power App.
- Join the EHS meeting monthly as EHS coordinator in HD plant.
- Work with 3PL to solve the finding during EHS committee meeting by CAPA report.
- Monthly conduct warehouse inspection to 3PL/4PL to find out non - conformity, then make CAPA and follow up until completion.
2. Spare part WH management
- Manage stock ; space & 5S for Spare part Warehouse.
- Control spare part issuance for Customer/ Technical staff when have requirement.
- Conduct stock count monthly and ensure stock on SAP matching with physical.
3. SOP Issuance & Law updating
- Coordinate with 3PL to review and revise SOP related to WH/ Logistics process and comply with drug law if need.
- Ensure all activities comply with SOP system.
- Update, train for employee the drug law relevant to Importation, storage, distribution, transportation.
4. Quality management
- Responsibility for all activities related to GSP FIE warehouse include comply the law and quality management.
- Approve for inbound, outbound activities and scrap comply with local law.
- Make the report and send for authority related to drug special control or require as law.
- Check and supervise for all internal report in order to have full document as SOP and require from law such as GSP/ GDP/ Circular 36...etc.
- Check and approve for temperature & humidity control in the warehouse and make sure all document storaged as requirement from law.
5. GSP maintenance & implementation
- Make plan/ document and implement the validation for get GPS FIE licence & re- validate GSP license.
- Manage quality system,quality manual, quality policy of company as GSP requirement.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor of pharmacy degree or 4 years of related working experience & Pharmacy field.
- Have working experience in Logistic field or Supply chain management
- Knowledge in GSP/ GDP/ GMP/ ISO 9001 & 13485
- Able to use English at work
- Knowledge about Medical/ Pharma products is preferred. Knowledge about SAP is preferred. Microsoft office (Word/ Excel/ Power point/…etc). Power PI. Problem Solving. Time Management. Logical thinking
