As a Demand Planning Executive at B. Braun you will play a vital role in ensuring effective demand management and sales forecasting for imported products, collaborating with relevant departments to optimize inventory levels and meet market demands. Execute daily operations related to import and sales, including managing shipment schedules and legal documentation, to ensure smooth import and sales processes

Your key responsibilities:

  • Demand Management for Medical Devices Imported Trading (HC, BA &  AC, except: IVC-ICSD, external 3P - Third party vendors & Imported Drugs): Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to identify sales forecasts for upcoming months. Determine order quantities based on forecasts and inventory levels. Manage project forecasts to align with regional allocation, sales, and inventory. Use the 3E system or other methods to upload forecasts to vendors.
  • Daily Operations: Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Import-Export, and shippers to ensure all legal documents for import and sales in Vietnam are in place. Manage shipment schedules and prepare proper shipping documents for customs.
  • Other Operations: Handle claims for third-party sales, excluding imported drugs. Prepare inventory and sales reports, and update batch invoice reports. Maintain material master data.
  • Inventory Management: Analyze inventory health to minimize issues and optimize inventory levels. Collaborate with related teams to resolve inventory issues.
  • Other Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by managers, including reports and investigations into stock shortages or overages.

 

What you will bring to the team:

  • Education: Must have: Bachelor's degree. Knowledge of supply chain, Incoterms, customs processes. Nice to have: Knowledge of foreign trade, logistics.

  • Working Experience: Must have: At least 8 years in trading parts planning, 3 years in medical device trading. Expert in excel, Power PI, Power app. Nice to have: Experience in pharmaceuticals and drugs, experience in FDI companies, proficiency in SAP/forecasting systems.

  • Skills: Proficiency in English. Clear and direct communication. Ability to work independently.

  • Additional Requirements: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
