I. Job fuction

1. Aging service: Operating of Walkin Aging Chamber + Espec Chamber (Routine, Maintenance, Calibration)

- Perform routine activities: Daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly check list (incl. docuementation)
- Manage and organize the relevant Maintenance and Calibration activities of equipment, machines.
- Manage R&D Service Package for Aging Service (Recieve Order, handle the sample, create relevant docuement)
- Manage Aging Capacity, priotization of Aging capacity, contact with external Lab for backup aging capacity.
- Estimate Budget, manage operating cost of aging chamber, manage purchasing activites and stock of consume material & spare part relevant for aging service. 

2. Aging service: Improvement and Troubleshooting of Walkin Aging Chamber + Espec Chamber 

2.1 Validation, revalidation, verification of Walkin Aging Chamber + Espec Chamber:
- Recieve requirement from QM, GTC
- Plan & Implementation for relevant activities. (Technical possibility, budget, quality and timeline)
2.2 Improvement of Walkin Aging Chamber + Espec Chamber :
- Monitoring the performance of Aging chamber.
- Plan & implementation for improvement of aging chamber (Technical possibility, budget, quality and timeline)
- Sharing Expertise: Create documentation (Guidline, SOP, Work instruction) about electromechanical knowledge relevant to the aging chambers.
2.3 Troubleshooting (Issue-solving): Walkin Aging Chamber + Espec Chamber:
- Identify the issue
- Solve the issue internally
- Find, coordinate with external vendor or expert for issue solving if required.  
2.4 Improvement of R&D Service process (Standardization and Digitalization) 
 - Standardizion of R&D Service process, creating SOP, Guideline for R&D Service in alignement with other functions.
- Digitalization R&D Service process, incl. Power BI, Power App system for the equipment. 

3. R&D Service: Sample Service and Test Service.

- Receive the sample order from Requestor.
- Clarify the requirement, possibility, estimate timeline, cost, identify risk.
- Manage relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with requestor, SCM, warehouse for logistic (IMEX).
- Coordinate with PMS, Production for sample production.
- Coordinate with Controlling for cost, invoice.
- Coordinate with Production, Requestor and relevant stake holders when there is any issue and investigaion is required.

4. Others

- Construction: Build new or renovation or change of R&D equipment or facility

- EHS Coordinator & 5S Coordinator

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Manager from time to time

II. Requirement

- Bacherlor with relevant technical background: Electronics, Thermal engineering, Mechatronic, Civil engineering,...

- At least 3 year working experience in: (Master degree can be considered as 2 years working experience):

• Construction
• Design and/or Manufacturing of HVAC system
• Facility, maintenance, engineering in industrial environment

- Working experience in international company with many interfaces with internal and external stakeholder)

- Communication: Effective and efficient, with interculture soft skill. 
- Creativeness for problem solving.
- Languages skill: Fluent English communication, German is an advantage
- Project management skill. Project Management Certification is an advantage (e.g.: PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM...)
- Power BI, Power App is an advantage
