(Sr) Customer Partner Representative

I. Job Purpose:

The incumbent for HP is responsible for promoting and selling in-charged products (medical equiments and/or devices focusing on endoscopy and surgical technologies) to hospitals and healthcare professionals within ETC channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding our market presence while fully adhering to regulatory standards, company policies in all interactions and activities.

II. Tasks & Responsibility:

1. Sales and business Development

- Create and implement effective sales plan to achieve sales targets for assigned product ranges. Based on the historical sales and analysis of actual situation of market, propose sales forecast to (direct) manager(s) in order to have sufficient stock for sales and further sales forecast and tracking.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to hospitals and healthcare professionals as well as managing well the relationship with distributors/ dealers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and usage of products to hospital-based healthcare staff.
- Keep updated of progress and development in the market and at customers in charge to identify and establish new business opportunities.

2. Customer engagement

- Maintain frequent visit to customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers (KOLs) at customer sides, and hospital procurement departments. 
- Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues related to product usage or delivery.
- Gather and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Find out customer insights and needs through daily conversation and observation to propose business opportunities as a trusted partner.
- Act as first point of contact to handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction/ understanding and compliance. Coordinate with technical team to ensure flawless execution for machine installation, training and after-sales services..
- Collaborate with internal teams for including but not limited to customer meetings, seminars, conferences, trade exhibitions, tender submission

3. Tender management

- Combine customer understanding, regulatory and economic landscape to identify potential investment and purchase opportunities of customers.
- Ensure B.Braun's products are listed in hospital tenders by meeting all necessary criteria and deadlines.
- Monitor the performance of submitted tenders and manage any issues that arise during the tender process.
- Work closely with CSR team and dealers/ distributors who handle the preparation of tender documents to ensure all requirements are met.

4. Product Configuration

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of B.Braun's product portfolio and therapies then work with healthcare professionals to understand their specific needs and requirements for the assigned products.
- Configure and customize products to meet the specific needs of hospitals and departments. Act as the partner of customers and utilize product understanding to provide consultancy and increase advocacy of customers in charge to B. Braun products.

5. Report, analysis and other task

- Report sales performance, customer interactions, market intelligence, competitor activities, etc. on designed CRM system or as per requested.
- Build-up the relationship with dealers across the assigned region.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams when required for aligned actions and support including but not limited to events, customer survey...
- Fulfill other tasks as assigned by (direct) managers from time to time.

III. Qualification Requirement

1. Education:  Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or a related field; Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.

2. Working Experience:

- At least 2 years experience in sales
- Experience on working with dealers/ distributors
- Experience in tender management

Nice to have: Experience in Medical Device or relevant products is prefferable.
