任职资格:

Bachelor degree or above in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing or related fields; 

With minimum 10 years of working experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, HR culture or related fields in a multinational company.

Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages, able to meet the cross-regional English communication requirements of global and APAC teams, with excellent content creation and stakeholder communication skills.

Familiar with the operation rules of local new media in China; prior experience in official WeChat account operation, public opinion monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.

Strong capability in project management and cross-regional cross-team coordination, able to manage multiple strategic communication projects in parallel, with careful and responsible work attitude.

Understanding of the medical device and manufacturing industry, familiarity with the operation rules of multinational enterprises in China, and prior experience in communication implementation in multinational enterprises is preferred.
