As an HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition you will serve as B. Braun's lead expert on talent acquisition, employer branding, and onboarding experience while also providing HR business partnering support to assigned business accounts. Your role will be responsible for designing and driving strategies that strengthen hiring speed, quality of hire, and overall candidate experience across the employee lifecycle.

 

Your key responsibilities: 

 1. Talent Acquisition Strategy and Recruitment Advisory

  • Serve as the subject matter expert of the HR team on all matters related to Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations, and Employer Branding.

2. Recruitment Business Partnering

  • Act as a solid and reliable recruitment business partner to hiring managers and business leaders for assigned functions or accounts.

3. Employer Branding and Talent Attraction

  • Design the Employer Branding strategy and implementation roadmap for B. Braun Philippines to strengthen talent attraction and brand visibility.

4. Onboarding and New Hire Experience

  • Design and continuously improve the onboarding experience to ensure a seamless and positive transition from candidate to colleague.

5. Employee Movements and Lifecycle Support

  • Manage employee movements for assigned accounts, including transfers, promotions, internal moves, and related documentation and coordination.

6. HR Business Partnering

  • Act as HR Business Partner for assigned accounts by supporting workforce planning, employee relations, engagement, and manager advisory needs.

7. Metrics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement

  • Use recruitment and people metrics such as time to fill, source effectiveness, hiring funnel conversion, candidate experience, and onboarding completion to drive continuous improvement

 

What you will bring to the team: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
  • At least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong and demonstrated expertise in Talent Acquisition, recruitment business partnering, and employer branding.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, sourcing channels, candidate assessment, onboarding design, employer branding, and employee movement processes.
  • Able to translate labor market trends and talent insights into practical hiring strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and provide credible and solutions-oriented HR advisory support.
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to use talent data and metrics to identify issues and recommend improvements.

 

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, clinical operations, or multi-site service environments is an advantage.
  • Preferred Certifications: Local HR accreditations such as PMAP, PSOF, IHRP/CHRP Philippines, IFPM, or CPHR International, and global certifications such as HRCI, SHRM, or CIPD are considered an advantage.
