The Global People Development Services Specialist:
Solves queries which require specific HR knowledge and higher degree of policy and processes interpretation. Focuses on Learning System Management and Talent, Succession, Performance and Goals data maintenance. Cooperates with People Services Specialists, CoC Specialists, Country CoC Specialists – Comp. & Benefits, Mobility, Labour Relations, HR Admin, HR BPs, HR Managers, Business Units Managers.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Operational excellence – Promotes efficient and effective delivery of Talent and Learning processes, such as e.g. performance, goals, succession management administration, training administration etc. by solving complex inquiries that require specific HR knowledge and higher degree of policy and process interpretation.
  • Provides timely, accurate and value-adding answers to complex HR-related local or global queries from employees and business managers across the Talent management cycle and in Learning administration topics (in close alignment and collaboration with CoC and HRBPs).
  • Ensures contact with CoCs to develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the designated processes and policies.
  • Supports talent and learning reporting (in close alignment with Global Reporting Hub)
  • Delivers country- /business unit-/global specific training to front office and/or other Teams
  • Shares information with relevant colleagues, e.g. Front Office, Team leader, other Teams.
  • Interprets policy and solves problems.
  • Works closely with CoCs on pre-defined talent management and learning projects and support the execution of talent management and learning products and processes.
  • Supports continuous improvement of Talent and Learning processes in close alignment with CoCs and Global Process Coordinators.
  • Is proactively involved in cross-departmental teams and projects.

 

 

Professional competencies:

  • Professional experience in Learning & Development / Performance, Goals, Talent and Succession Management.
  • Knowledge of Learning Administration systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of Performance and Succession Management processes.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Work experience in HR SSC / People Services environments (beneficial).
  • Knowledge and past experience of working with SAP SuccessFactors (validated), Learning Management System and / or Succession and Development,
  • Performance & Goal Management modules (beneficial),
  • Experience in the Pharma Industry (beneficial).

Salary ranges: 8.000 - 11.000 PLN gross monthly.
