Within our Corporate Function Group Human Resources, we are looking for a Global HR IT Platform Manager (f/m/d) to join us full-time at the earliest possible date.
In this key role, you will shape the future development of our global HR systems landscape and play a crucial role in harmonizing, scaling, and future-proofing HR processes, data models, and digital platforms worldwide. You will combine strategic process expertise with technological know-how and drive company-wide initiatives in HR digitalization, standardization, automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, and cloud-based HR solutions.
As the central point of contact for global HR IT governance, system architecture, platform strategy, and technological innovation, you will advise HR leadership and international stakeholders on transformation and digitalization initiatives and help establish the foundation for a modern, data-driven, and user-centric HR organization.
Duties & responsibilities
- Lead global HR IT and transformation initiatives aimed at harmonizing processes across the employee lifecycle, realizing efficiency gains, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Drive the continuous development of a global HR IT governance model, including design principles, decision-making structures, change management, release management, and exception processes.
- Develop and manage a long-term global HR IT roadmap and translate strategic business requirements into scalable platform, process, and technology architectures.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate innovative technologies and market trends, particularly in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, Skills Management, HR Analytics, Process Mining, and Automation.
- Assume global responsibility for the HR platform landscape, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, and cross-platform configurations.
- Continuously enhance global role-based access and authorization models and ensure secure, compliant, and consistent system usage across the organization.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to global HR leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, HR operating model design, and digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, and international business stakeholders to sustainably meet global requirements regarding security, data protection, compliance, and user experience.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in HR IT, global HR platforms, HR process management, or digital HR transformation.
- Strong knowledge of modern HR cloud platforms and enterprise system landscapes, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP HCM, or comparable solutions.
- Proven experience leading international projects, global rollouts, complex stakeholder environments, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the design, implementation, and optimization of digital, AI-enabled, and automated HR processes, coupled with a solid understanding of modern technology architectures.
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, particularly Hire-to-Retire, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Planning, and Core HR.
- Strong expertise in system integration, data management, authorization concepts, reporting, people analytics, and interface management.
- Business fluent English, both written and spoken.
