As a Senior Customer Solution Specialist at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage customer order intake and support end-to-end order processing to meet customer requested delivery dates.
- Maintain a high level of order accuracy and take ownership of daily customer solution operations.
- Provide professional support to internal and external customers, including timely communication on urgent orders and backorders.
- Monitor electronic orders, customer queries, credits, and related follow-up actions in line with customer solution processes.
- Correct, process, and report business data from ERP systems, including master databases and historical reports.
- Proactively recommend process improvements to the customer Solution manager.
What you will bring to the team:
Education
- 4 years university degree
Experience
- At least 5 years working experiences as a customer service or relevant filed may have full understanding about order to cash flow
- Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to support both internal and external customers professionally.
- Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes based on customer service or relevant working experience.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in daily operations.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to work with different levels of stakeholders.
- Collaborative team-player attitude, while also being able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive, self-motivated, and change-ready mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or UDI-related work as an added advantage.
