DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the assigned districts/ areas.

Forecast and implement the monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and profit targets and broader total business objectives.

Build relationships with both external and internal customers to capitalize on all business opportunities.

Identify key opinion leaders and work with Sales Manager to ensure development of strong business relationships.

Measure success of sales performance and activities conducted within the area.

Coordinate and organize sales meetings and product training sessions with a variety of audiences to build product demand.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 

Education

  • University degree, preferably majored in bio-health area

 

Experience

  • 3-8 years of sales experience in healthcare industry (medical device business experience preferred)
  • Solid channel & KOL management

 

Specific knowledge /skills

  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Presentation & Negotiation skills
  • Direct Sales experience
  • Good command of English will be a plus
