As a Product Manager at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….

  1. Strategic Portfolio Management: Formulate and execute product plans across the product lifecycle to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  2. KOL & Channel Development: Establish and maintain strong professional networks with key opinion leaders and major hospital channels.
  3. Sales Enablement & Training: Deliver effective marketing strategies, product training, and promotional materials to empower sales teams.
  4. Market Intelligence & Analysis: Monitor healthcare market trends and competitor activities within the General Surgery field to find new opportunities.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs, to drive seamless campaign execution.

 

What you will bring to the team

  1. Industry & Product Expertise: 4–6 years of experience in the medical device industry, with either relevant marketing experience or solid General Surgery sales experience
  2. Structured & Organized Mindset: Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a highly methodical approach to project management.
  3. Strategic Planning & Execution: Proactive ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans with sharp attention to detail.
  4. Drive & Initiative: A self-motivated professional with strong execution skills and a dynamic drive to implement new ideas.
  5. Team Harmony & Collaboration: A collaborative team player focused on building positive relationships and maintaining organizational harmony.
