Take the next step in your career with us and help shape the future of healthcare! As a Intervention & Cardiology Territory Manager at B. Braun you will play a vital role in driving direct hospital sales, building strong relationships with surgeons, and providing expert product support in Intervention & Cardiology procedures.

Your key responsibilities:  

  1. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for assigned products and territory. 
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key decision-makers. 
  3. Conduct regular customer visits to promote products, provide product information, and address inquiries. 
  4. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the territory. 
  5. Execute sales strategies and promotional activities in alignment with company guidelines. 
  6. Provide product training to customers as needed. 
  7. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. 
  8. Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence. 
  9. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, medical scienfiic affairs) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 
  10. Comply with all regulatory and company policies, including reporting adverse events and complaints promptly 

What you will bring to the team:   

Education 
Bachelor’s degree. 

Experience

  1. 1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare-related products. 
  2. Experience in field sales and customer relationship management. 

Specific knowledge /skills 

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
  3. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  4. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools preferred. 
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  6. English proficiency is a plus.
