As a Medical Scientific Affairs Specialist at B. Braun you will play a vital role in…. 

Medical Scientific Affairs 

  1. Support the review of study proposals from investigators, facilitate study progress per plan, and ensure the completion of final reports and publications in compliance with applicable regulations - KPI 
  2. Assist in coordinating communication with Principal Investigators and supporting study feasibility processes 
  3. Support the preparation and coordination of study contract documents, ensuring timely approval, signature, and organized documentation in line with regulatory requirements - KPI 
  4. Coordinate clinical sample logistics, including procurement, distribution, storage, labeling, and return processes, and maintain related documentation in accordance with study protocols -KPI 
  5. Support the management of research funding by tracking and coordinating payment schedules. 
  6. Assist in the preparation of economic benefit expenditure reports. 
  7. Ensure that essential study documentation is stored in a timely manner, securely, and organized efficiently - KPI 
  8. Provide assistance in educational activities, including updating internal educational materials.


Pharmacovigilance 

  1. Under the supervision of the local safety officer, report adverse events and complaint cases to the MFDS and global PV team in a timely manner. - KPI 
  2. Document case processing at both the company and individual case levels. 
  3. Assist in delivering PV training sessions to internal stakeholders. 
  4. Serve as the backup contact for local authorities and the global PV team, complementing the primary contact provided by the Senior role.

 

What you will bring to the team:   

  1. Minimum 3-7 years of experience in healthcare, CRO, hospital, or public organization 
  2. Multinational company experiences preferred 
  3. Experience of leading project preferred 
  4. Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills  
  5. Customer Orientation  
  6. Project Management Expertise   
  7. Regulatory Acumen: Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant codes of conduct   
  8. Language Proficiency: good command of spoken and written English
