As a Logistic Specialist at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….
Your key responsibilities:
Inbound Logistics & Claim Handling
• Manage import/export, return shipments, and coordinate with vendors and forwarders
• Handle inbound claim reporting and follow-up through internal systems
• Track daily shipment status and support monthly invoice posting and KPI updates
• Investigate inbound issues and lead CAPA to prevent recurrence
Inventory Management
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation with 3PL and adjust discrepancies
• Support data validation and regular system write-offs
Project & Process Improvement
• Participate in logistics-related projects and analyze trends to optimize processes
• Perform ad-hoc logistics tasks when needed
What you will bring to the team:
- University degree
- More than 1 years of logistics or supply chain equivalent practical experience preferred.
- SAP experience preferred
- High proficiency in Excel with emphasis on large data sample management and analytics.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- High level of accuracy and efficiency. Detail Oriented.
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- Negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills
