As a Neuro-interventionat B. Braun you will play a vital role in driving direct hospital sales, building strong relationships with surgeons, and providing expert product support in General Surgery products. 
 
Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of medical devices to general hospitals and specialized clinics within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintain strong long-term relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver clinical value propositions to healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Oversee distributor operations and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Provide product training and clinical support to distributor sales teams.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing distributors to expand the distribution network.
  • Ensure distributor compliance with company policies and optimize inventory management.
  •  Develop and report on annual/quarterly sales strategies and execution plans.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you will bring to the team: 

  • 3 ~ 7 years of sales management experience in neurosurgery & neuro-intervention medical device & disposable product or related field. 
  • Preferable experience of marketing & sales in neuro surgery filed including disposable 
  • Experience of multi-cultural environment and ability to cooperate with cross functional teams preferred.
  • Operational experience in working with field sales teams & cross functional support teams.
  • Solid KOL & channel management
  • Sales experience of university hospitals & general hospitals
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Excellent ability of teamwork & collaboration
  • Good communication skills in English
