B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up Summer 2026 is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.

Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN."

 

A/ JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Export Shipment Coordination
- Manage export shipment planning in collaboration with the PMS team.
- Work with shipping lines/forwarders to obtain booking confirmation.
- Review export commercial documents, verify information, and confirm with forwarders for customs declaration.
- Prepare and maintain export shipment files on SharePoint.
- Prepare required documents for Certificate of Origin (CO).
- Generate and maintain export shipment reports.

2. RFQ & Cost Management
- Run spot RFQs to source logistics and freight costs for export shipments.
- Coordinate with Regional and Global teams for tender RFQ processes.

3. Payment & Documentation Handling
- Review invoices and arrange payment to shipping lines/forwarders.
- Collect, prepare, and organize soft and hard-copy documents related to export/import shipments.

4. Tax Refund Support
- Collect and print required documents for tax refund procedures.
- Check document accuracy and prepare necessary files following guidance from the Executive.

C/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Final-year student or having less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective business relationships.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, supported by strong conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving capabilities.
