Finance and Admin Assistant
Roles and Responsibilities
Finance
- Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents and records.
- Support the Finance & Admin Manager with routine and ad‑hoc financial reports.
- Provide support during month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Assist with cash flow tracking and basic forecasting tasks.
- Help coordinate the annual audit by preparing files and communicating with external partners.
- Support invoicing, payment tracking, and follow‑up on outstanding payments.
- Review supplier invoices for accuracy and assist in preparing payments.
Administration
- Support daily office operations and ensure a well‑organized work environment.
- Assist with maintaining company records, master data, and filing systems.
- Help monitor contract, license, and insurance deadlines and prepare documents for renewals.
- Provide basic HR administrative support, including tracking employee information and maintaining documentation.
- Assist in planning and organizing trainings, meetings, and company events, coordinating travel arrangements and tracking event registration with the attendees.
- Coordinating office supplies.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support roles
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Must be currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
