Job Function – General:
Maintain and develop the work to be performed in the Machine Shop, fixture and mechanical parts used in the plant, including the manufacturing processes.
Performs machining functions of production and support equipment in the assigned areas. Work includes manufacture of assembly machine components, tooling, fixtures, and jigs.
Job Function – Specialized:
Control the Machine Shop functionality, specifically to the development of fixture assemblies in the manufacturing area and maintenance parts.
Keep the Machine Shop area clean, functional and safe.
Develop and /or produce parts for production and maintenance areas.
Inspect the finished work for compliance with the drawing specification, using tools such as calipers.
Provide support to manufacturing and engineering projects in the realization of project parts.
Provide support to the facility and maintenance projects.
Comply with the policies, procedures and standards of the company and its regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with the same.
Give support in Equipment Validations.
Overhaul manufacturing equipment when required.
Educación y Conocimiento Profesional (Education and Professional Knowledge):
University student at a certified university required or Technical School, Bilingual Preferred.
Experiencia (Experience):
1 year of experience in medical industries or Machine Shop.
