Mantener y desarrollar los trabajos a realizarse en el taller mecánico, fixture y piezas mecánicas utilizadas en la planta, que incluyen los procesos de manufactura.

(Maintain and develop the work to be performed in the MachineShop, fixture and mechanical parts used in the plant, including the manufacturing processes.)

Funciones Principales:

(Essential Functions)

1. Administrar y controlar la funcionalidad del taller de mecánica, específicamente al desarrollo de los fixture de ayuda a ensambles en el cuarto limpio y piezas de mantenimiento. (Administrate and/or control the Machine Shop functionality, specifically to the development of fixture assemblies in the manufacturing area and maintenance parts.).

2. Mantener el taller limpio, funcional y seguro. (Keep the MachineShop area clean, functional and safe).

3. Desarrollar y/o producir piezas para las áreas de producción y mantenimiento. (Develop and /or produce parts for production and maintenance areas).

4. Inspeccionar el trabajo terminado para la conformidad con la especificación del dibujo, utilizando herramientas como calipers. (Inspect the finished work for compliance with the drawing specification, using tools such as calipers).

5. Proveer soporte a los proyectos de manufactura y de ingeniería en la realización de las piezas de los proyectos. (Provide support to manufacturing and engineering projects in the realization of project parts).

6. Proveer soporte a los proyectos del área de facilidades y mantenimiento. (Provide support to the facility and maintenance proyects).

7. Entrar data al sistema computarizado. (Make data entry of results using software tools).

8. Cumplir con las políticas, procedimientos y normas de la Compañía y de las agencias reguladoras y asegurar que se cumplan con las mismas. (Comply with the policies, procedures and standards of the company and its regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with the same).

Requerido:

(Required):

- Experiencia de dos (1) años en industria médica. .(One years experience in medical industry)

- Conocimiento de GMP. (GMP knowledge)

- Técnico o Tecnólogo Electrónico/Mecánico (Mechanical and Electronically Technician.)

- Bilingüe (Inglés y Español). (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Deseado:

- Graduado de Ingeniería/ Tecnólogo Mecánica. (Industrial Engineer/Electronical Degree)

Conocimientos:

- Conocimientos de ergonomía. (Ergonomic knowledge)

- Programación CNC (Computer numeric control)

- Software de Mecanizado (CAD/CAM) -MasterCam Avanzado (Machining Software (CAD / CAM) -MasterCam Advanced)

- Diseño, reparación, mecánica y mantenimiento de moldes de Inyección para plástico (Design, Repair, Mechanics And Maintenance Of Plastic Injection Molds)
