We are inviting expressions of interest from passionate and experienced HR professionals for HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Malaysia. If you are proactive, business‑savvy, and excited to play a strategic role in shaping workforce culture and performance — we would love to hear from you!  You will play a vital role as an employee champion and change agent, delivering value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. 

 

Your key responsibilities:  

  • Serve as a business partner in HR operations, including supporting workforce administration, employee lifecycle processes, and day‑to‑day HR service delivery. 
  • Collaborate with business units through regular meetings to align HR strategies with business goals and provide tailored HR guidance.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough investigations, and ensure fair and objective resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks in partnership with the legal team.
  • Provide coaching and support to line managers on performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational restructuring initiatives.
  • Identify training needs, oversee training programs, and ensure alignment with business objectives and successful outcomes.
  • Foster a positive work environment by improving employee relations, morale, productivity, and retention. 
  • Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain governance, accuracy, and operational integrity.

  

What you will bring to the team:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field. 
  • 5 - 7 years of HR experience, across strategic, audit SOPs and operations. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
