Your key responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and lead a team of para‑professionals in receiving, handling, storing, recording, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure goods are stored safely and accurately while optimizing warehouse space utilization.
- Monitor and evaluate operating procedures, space usage, and equipment protection, recommending improvements where needed.
- Prioritize and assign tasks effectively to meet operational schedules and performance targets.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, including stock counts, reconciliation of records, and coordination of inventory mapping with external warehouses. Managing third‑party logistics provider and coordinating with transportation to ensure timely dispatch
- For more senior position: supervise staff to ensure safe operation of all warehouse activities and equipment, and train new employees on standard procedures and safety practices.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply encouraged to apply for entry‑level positions.
- Strong experience in warehouse and inventory management, including receiving processes and cycle count controls.
- Proven experience maintaining safety regulations and enforcing health and safety protocols. Solid knowledge of ISO standards and experiences in both internal and external audits.
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related computer applications for managing warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
