Following are the job descriptions but not limited to

  1. Responsible for CIP & SIP of mixing tank, holding tank & BP Machine. 
  2. Responsible for Operation of 10 kl and 20 kl process equipment.
  3. Responsible for Line clearance before & after dispensing of RM, PM, & batch manufacturing.
  4. Responsible for check the In process parameter during filling activity and BMR filling.
  5. Responsible for Balance verification of IPQC, Mixing & Reprocess area.                  
  6. Responsible for Line clearance before start of filling activity and SBM sterilizer loading & unloading activity.
  7. Supervise area cleaning and adherence to personnel hygiene requirements as per requirement.
  8. Responsible for maintaining the clean room behavior in classified area.
  9. Responsible for perform integrity of Product filter, Air filter & vent filter.
  10. Responsible for check the logbook of mixing area, water system , garment washing area,SBM sterilizer area

and reprocess area as per GDP.

  1. Responsible for maintain the clean room behavior, area monitoring, Recording of physical parameter i.e. temperature, differential Pressure & relative humidity.
  2. Ensuring production at the shop-floor level as per BMR and planning to meet monthly targets.
  3. Responsible for the effective utilization of operational machine with minimum breakdown maintaining with eBPMS.
  4. Responsible for daily Work allocation & manpower utilization.
  5. Responsible for track the maintenance related activity as per SOP.

16. In view of other activity allocated by HOD including above responsibility.
