Key Responsibilities
- Lead microbiological testing activities including bioburden, sterility, endotoxin, environmental monitoring, and cleanroom validation to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor cleanroom hygiene programs, conduct training, and ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, CE, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Analyze microbiological data and investigate deviations/OOS results, driving corrective and preventive actions to maintain quality standards.
- Verify, validate, and continuously improve microbiological methods and processes, supporting operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and team supervision, maintaining accurate documentation, contributing to risk assessments, and mentoring microbiology personnel.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology with 4-6 years of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing industry.
- Strong expertise in cleanroom monitoring, environmental control, bioburden, sterility, and endotoxin testing, with knowledge of GMP, ISO, CE, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience investigating OOS results, data interpretation, method validation, and risk management.
- Effective leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities, with experience mentoring teams, maintaining quality documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
