About the Role:
We are looking for an Engineer – Production (Process & Improvement) who will take the lead in implementing production process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. This role ensures compliance with quality standards and drives continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.
Key Responsibilities:

Production Process Improvement (60%)
- Lead daily quality management and improvement activities: analyze rejects, propose action plans, and report to Manager.
- Drive improvement of KPIs, MUV, Productivity, NVAA, OEE, SMED, and hard-saving projects using Six Sigma approach.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (DIR, A3, CAPA).
- Perform preventive process inspections to avoid production issues.
- Train technicians, supervisors, and line leaders on preventive inspections.

Customer & Supplier Complaint Handling (10%)
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints via C3 SAP system.
- Collaborate with QC to address supplier quality issues.

Reporting & Documentation (15%)
- Prepare monthly reports on MUV, OEE, quality, and cost-saving projects.
- Develop SOPs/WIs for new machines or production lines.
- Train staff on new or revised SOP/WI documents.

Project Management (10%)
- Participate in technical reviews and FAT/SAT for new equipment.
- Lead local changes (new machines, materials, process improvements).
- Support global change control initiatives.

Other Tasks (5%)
- Drive and lead 5S implementation in production areas.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Must have: University degree/diploma in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Nice to have: Lean Six Sigma certification.

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a production environment.
- Experience in process improvement for manual and semi-automated processes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and lean manufacturing (5S, Six Sigma preferred).

Skills:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP is a plus.
- Good reporting and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
