Your key responsibilities:
- Follow Established Engineering Principles: Determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organization's standards of quality and cost.
- Analyze and Recommend Changes: Analyze product specifications, part drawings, and other engineering data to develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operations sequences that minimize risks and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
- Continuous Improvement Projects: Participate in continuous improvement, kaizen, and lean projects and meetings, coordinating quality improvement activities within the area of responsibility.
- Coordinate Verification Matrix Activities: Coordinate Verification Matrix establishment activities with the respective Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Data Analysis and Cause Identification: Collect, analyze, and summarize data to identify causes of manufacturing anomalies, providing in-depth descriptions.
- Initiate and Coordinate CAPA Requests: Initiate NCIR/CAPA/CAPA requests for holdbacks and customer complaints based on CAPA SOP and CAPA Initiation Criteria.
What you will bring to the team:
- Experiences in calibration good practices, lab management good practices, measurement uncertainty & calibration recall system such as dimensional, mass, force, pressure, temperature & humidity calibration.
- Able to conduct qualification, authoring of work instruction, training & preventive maintenance planning for new master calibrator.
- Data Logger, Environmental Chamber & current loops based transmitter calibration is an added advantage.
