- Responsible to oversee technical aspects for central operation such as vibro-polishing, passivation process, hardening process, washing, sandblasting, electro-polishing, laser-marking and gold-plating process

- To create and update guideline/SOPs for central processes for operators to follow

- To perform troubleshooting to address quality issues caused by machines or process

- To perform process optimization or improvement in central processes

- To qualify, validate or verify machines in central operations

- To perform duty as assigned by superiors
