Misión.

El pasante de Recursos Humanos estará encargado de los siguientes proyectos:

 

Proyectos

1. Estructurar bienestar para Ecuador para cumplir con la visión corporativa y promover una cultura organizacional, junto con la líder responsable de bienestar Colombia y Ecuador.

2. Crear estrategias de comunicación dentro de la organización que permitan conectar con los empleadores y promover temas tales como:

      a.Desarrollo y desempeño.

      b.Cultura.

      c.Bienestar.

 

Competencias Profesionales:

*  Estudiante de ultimos semestres de: psicología, administración de empresas y/o ingeniero industrial.
