Mission
responsible to be the strategic partner of the business through its deep understanding of the business and to lead the implementation of the Human Resources strategy for B. Braun's Ecuador divisions and/or assigned areas, with the goal of adding value and being part of its results. Likewise, to lead, coordinate, and manage the employee journey, with the purpose of maintaining talent policies and practices related to attraction, selection, performance, development, and compensation that support the attraction, retention, and development of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the management of the business objectives of each assigned department and continuously evaluate Human Resources tools that can leverage them.
- Advise leaders on the proper implementation of culture, talent, and compensation model programs for each of their teams, with the goal of developing them based on our corporate values and competencies.
- Support the business in the execution of a change management plan that supports the different initiatives of the organization to ensure its understanding and maintain focus on results.
- Establish a continuous search for different actions and initiatives to improve the management of each of the businesses through the support of Human Resources.
- Maintain continuous feedback with the Human Resources operation team with the objective of improving their level of service.
- To lead the operation of the Employee Journey, guaranteeing an adequate level of service through the development of the capabilities of the team in charge and the continuous improvement of processes that allow the successful management of its management indicators.
- Manage the development and performance strategy for Colombia and Ecuador.
- Oversee the implementation of organizational development initiatives at the strategic level for Colombia and Ecuador.
Professional requirements:
- Degree in Administrative areas, Psychology or related areas, Master is seen as a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- At least 5 years of experience in related positions with expertise in the position of Business Partner and/or Human Talent.
- Skills: Performance Management, Talent Management, Training, Organizational Structures, job evaluation, selection and recruitment.
