Specialist Surgical Consumables (Sutures, Meshes, Biosurgicals) for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Sales & Promotional activities in collaboration with local distribution partner and in alignment with local team members & regional Business Development Management:
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Customer / clinical visits & regular follow-up
- Staff presentations
- Product launches
- Forecasting & Stock management in alignment with distribution partner.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
Market Development & Customer Engagement:
- Implementation of the global and regional strategies according to local market conditions in coordination with the regional Business Development Management.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision-makers and other stakeholders.
- Influencing tender specifications, conversion of tenders and implementation of pricing strategies in alignment with regional Business Development Management.
- Organize and deliver workshops, trainings and product demonstrations for customers and internal teams.
- Assist in evaluations during product usage in the OR.
Required Qualification
- Sales & Marketing experience in the medical field.
- Understanding of Surgical Processes and Indications desired.
- Team player with good communication and presentation skills, self-confidence and a high level of self-motivation combined with closing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on mentality.
- Fluent language skills in English obligatory.
- Knowledge in common IT software, like MS Office, required.
