As a Demand and Supply Planner at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….

  1. Under minimal supervision, responsible for identifying improvements in the demand & supply planning processes, such as calculating adequate levels of stock, defining optimal transportation routes, etc.
  2. Supply/Demand/Inventory simulation depending on the market/supply situation.
  3. Take strong responsibility and end-to-end ownership for own work- Have the proactive actions and communication skill.
  4. Project inventory amount and turns with improvement plan, execute planned action to meet the inventory target.- Monitoring supply performance and put a proper solution and do action follow up, communication with supplier in order to minimize back orders
  5. Prepare monthly KPI report and analyze root causes for future improvement
  6. Maintain proper supply planning parameters and secure optimal safety stock to cover demand fluctuation, supply lateness.
  7. Investigate service level failures and excessive inventory situations and ensure corrective actions are in place to prevent recurrence.
  8. Create and maintain item level forecasts, ensuring alignment with business direction and consistency with market trends
  9. Collaborate closely with other SCM members to delivery better services to internal/external customers regarding to products supply.
  10. Act as primary contact for all relevant inventory enquiries. 

 

What you will bring to the team

Education

  1. 4 years university degree in Business or Mathematics or Industrial Engineering 

Experience

  1. At least 4 years for SCM relevant experience(including 2 years+ Demand or supply planning experience) in healthcare industry preferred.
  2. SAP MM, APO, PBI experience is preferred.

 Specific knowledge /skills

  1. Able to operate in dynamic environment with high interaction levels
  2. Self starter, able to drive changes in complex environment
  3. Good communication skills, fluent in English and Korean
  4. Data handling(Excel) skill and Analytical Characteristic
