As a Medical Care Territory Manager at B. Braun you will play a vital role in driving direct hospital sales, building strong relationships with surgeons, and providing expert product support in Medical Care procedures.
Your key responsibilities:
- Maintaining positive business relationship to ensure future sales
- Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the assigned districts/areas.
- Forecast and implement the monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and profit targets and broader total business objectives.
- Build relationships with both external and internal customers to capitalize on all business opportunities.
- Identify key opinion leaders and work with Sales Manager to ensure development of strong business relationships.
- Measure success of sales performance and activities conducted within the area.
- Coordinate and organize sales meetings and product training sessions with a variety of audiences to build product demand.
What you will bring to the team:
· University degree, preferably majored in bio-health area
· 3-7 years of sales experience in healthcare industry (medical device experience preferred)
· Sales experience in anesthesiology, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, etc.
· Solid KOL & channel management
· Sales experience of university hospitals & general hospitals
· Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined
· Excellent ability of teamwork & collaboration
· Good communication skills in English
