As a Customer Partner Representative at B. Braun you will play a vital role in consulting company's products to customers and selling products to hospitals, pharma companies and pharmacies.
- Sales and business development: Create and implement effective sales plan to achieve sales targets for assigned product ranges. Based on the historical sales and analysis of actual situation of market, propose sales forecast to (direct) manager(s) in order to have sufficient stock for sales and further sales forecast and tracking. Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to hospitals and healthcare professionals as well as managing well the relationship with distributors/ dealers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and usage of products to hospital-based healthcare staff. Keep updated of progress and development in the market and at key customers in charge to identify and establish new business opportunities.
- Customer engagement : Maintain frequent visit to customers. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers (KOLs) at customer sides, and hospital procurement departments. Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues related to product usage or delivery. Gather and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. Find out customer insights and needs through daily conversation and observation to propose business opportuntities as a trsuted partner. Act as first point of contact to handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction/ understanding and compliance. Leverage customer advocacy for B. Braun products to build strong bases for other segment to expand. Collaborate with internal teams for including but not limited to customer meetings, seminars, conferences, trade exhibitions, tender submission.
- Tender management: Combine customer understanding, regulatory and economic landscape to identify potental investment and purchase opportunities of customers. Ensure B.Braun's products are listed in hospital tenders by meeting all necessary criteria and deadlines. Monitor the performance of submitted tenders and manage any issues that arise during the tender process. Work closely with CSR team and dealers/ distributors who handle the preparation of tender documents to ensure all requirements are met.
- Product configuration: Maintain in-depth knowledge of B.Braun's product portfolio and therapies then work with healthcare professionals to understand their specific needs and requirements for the assigned products. Configure and customize products to meet the specific needs of hospitals and departments. Act as the partner of customers and utilise product understanding to provide consultancy and increase advocacy of customers in charge to B. Braun products.
- Report, analysis and other tasks: Report sales performance, customer interactions, market intelligence, competitor activities, etc on designed CRM system or as per requested. Build-up the relationship with dealers across the assigned region. Collaborate effectively with other teams when required for aligned actions and support inlcuding but not limited to events, customer survey...Fulfill other tasks as assigned by (direct) managers from time to time.
What you will bring to the team:
- Graduate from University, major in Medicine & Pharmacy. From 2 years working of experience in healthcare industry
- Experience on working with dealers/ distributors. Experience in tender management, Have experience in medical device is advantageous
- Good command of English
- Good selling skill and able to deal with customers. Effective communication and business acumen. Analytical skills and influencing skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals. High motivation and results-oriented mindset. Ethical conduct.
