As a Business Development Executive at B. Braun you will play a vital role in driving market share by building high-trust relationships with healthcare professionals, educating clinical teams in OTs and ICUs, and ensuring our life-saving products are seamlessly integrated into hospital workflows through 90% field-based engagement
Your key responsibilities:

Clinical Promotion: Demonstrating product benefits, educating HCPs on unique features, and resolving any issues regarding improper product usage.

Market Intelligence: Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to help the organization meet its market share targets.

Education Lead: Organizing clinical meetings, CME programs, and academic sessions to keep medical staff updated on product applications.
What are we looking for?

Academic & Industry Foundation: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, backed by practical experience in the healthcare/medical device sector.

HCP Relationship Expertise: The ability to navigate complex hospital environments and build professional trust with healthcare practitioners (HCPs).

High-Impact Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, coupled with proficiency in MS Office to document and report field findings effectively.

Independent Drive: A results-oriented mindset and the physical stamina to thrive in a high-mobility

Strategic Insight: A "front-liner" capable of providing the data and competitor analysis needed to refine the unit's overall strategy.
