Your Role:

We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver expert clinical education and support across our Orthopaedics product portfolio.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting product trials and theatre activity, delivering high-quality training to healthcare professionals, and building strong relationships with surgeons and key clinical stakeholders.

Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you’ll also contribute to the growth and success of the territory by showcasing the value of our products and influencing positive outcomes.

  • Job Title: Clinical Therapy Specialist
  • Department: Aesculap, Orthopaedics
  • Location: Field based, Yorkshire
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Contract: Permanent

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Deliver clinical training and education across the B. Braun Orthopaedics product portfolio
  • Attend theatre settings regularly to provide hands-on support and training
  • Support pre- and post-sales activity, including product trials, evaluations, and implementations
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support product adoption and customer success
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons and key opinion leaders, supporting territory growth

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Clinical experience within a theatre environment, or a relevant degree such as Science, Anatomy, Bioengineering, or Sports Science
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and engage key stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Able to think quickly, adapt, and remain resilient in challenging situations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Full UK driving licence
