Primary function of the position

Part of the Global Marketing Strategic team, reporting to the SBA Continence Care Global Marketing Director, this position is driving the clinical marketing communication and training strategies to enable marketing and commercial teams to drive HCP awareness, guidance, and support, creating a strong partnership with a KOL network.

 

Job description

  • Training responsibilities and marketing/sales teams' enablement:

    • Define the training Strategy: Develop and perform a comprehensive training strategy for both internal and external stakeholders. Conduct a competitive analysis to identify best practices and techniques for effective training programs.

    • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the Commercial and marketing teams to ensure teams master the articulation of clinical value messages, effectively overcome objections, and provide impactful customer experiences

 

  • Support Development of Marketing Materials:

    • Collaborate with global marketing and communication teams to develop launch materials based on product literature and medical evidence.

    • Participate in the writing and approval process of these promotional tools

 

  • Build Scalable Market Development Events:

    • Organize and execute webinars, case observations, roadshows, and peer-to-peer programs to enhance market development

 

  • Responsible for KOL Management and Scientific Societies/Associations:

    • Identify and build a strong KOL Network who can share valuable messaging, techniques, and suggestions with their peers to advance the standard of care and new guidelines

    • Develop and implement strategies for presence and engagement at key specialty congresses, conferences, and symposiums to be held

 

  • Counterpart for internal stakeholders:

    • In collaboration with the GMSA team, participate to the SBA clinical strategy definition.

    • Support Clinical and economic Evidence generation & dissemination - Collaborate with GAMA & GMSA to develop locally needed clinical and economic references and publications.

    • R&D contribution for Product development and clinical input relating to products and indications. Identify unmet medical needs with a view to developing suitable medical devices.

 

  • Competitors clinical reviews & Bibliography, Guidelines updates.

 

Qualifications | Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience Minimum 10 years of total experience preferably 5 years of marketing experience in a medical device, surgical or pharma Company

  • Working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.

  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.

  • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.

  • Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills

  • Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in a timely manner.

  • Results-driven attitude & a resolve to win

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail. 

  • Ability to travel up to 40%, including internationally.

 

Required Education and Training 

  • Medical, clinical background is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required

  • Up to date with digital tools & innovative technology for training management

  • Fluent English is required, spoken & written.
