As a (Sr) Technical & Product Specialist at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role in….

Your key responsibilities:               

  Sales Target Achievement
- Develop individual sales plan per business requirement to achieve in-hospital sales targets;
- Achieve sales behavior targets per requirements, e.g., product knowledge, customer visit, etc.

  Customer Engagement
- Implement customer management plan and  develop weekly customer visit plan;
- Establish close connection with customers, incl. clinical and non-clinical;
- Communicate, collect, feedback and resolve customer requests / pain points.

  GTM Strategy Execution
- Understand client workflow and B. Braun products application by job shadowing;
- Implement technical and product promotion per Marketing and AAC plan and ensure all customers are educated;
- Ensure ROI when applying for sample / demo machines.

  Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure individual sales behaviors are under requirement of compliance
