Territory Management
- Field visit, clinical education, surgery support if needed
- Collect customer data and prepare hospital sales forecast
- Drive tendering at hospital level, seek resource, develop and execute the tendering plan
- Conduct product training to customers
- Deal with customer complaint, coordinate with service team to solve technical issues
Account Management
- Collect customer information, conduct needs analysis and segmentation
- Record the customer data in system
- Maintain KA relationship, execute KA action plan
- Support the execution of KOL action plan
Dealer Management
- Seek dealer resource and report to sales manager for discussion
- Coordinate with dealer in working with customer, follow up the needs with dealers;
- Collect sales data from dealer, and check the data/information
- Conduct product training to dealers
- Track hospital invoice report
