Primary Purpose of the Position
Under overall company strategic business direction
- Provide leadership and coordination of assigned functions
- Develop and implement business strategy to achieve operational excellence
- Monitor and analyze all assigned functional activities against goals to maximize the effectiveness and cost-efficiency
Your key responsibilities:
1. Serve as a member of the Executive Committee of B. BraunMedical Greater China to oversee all financial aspects of companystrategy and raise executive financial insights in contributing tobusiness direction, sustainable growth, key business decisions andinvestments
2. Conduct risk management by analyzing the company's liabilities,investments and financial exposures. Develop and implementstrategies to mitigate financial risks, including market, credit andoperational risks. Ensure that the company has robust riskmanagement policies and procedures in place
3. Plan, organize, and direct all financial work in Greater China,including the management of accounting, financial planning, fiscalprocedures, auditing, treasury, cost control, and investment studiesand analysis
4. Monitor financial performance indicators, analyze trends andidentify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present financialreports, dashboards and forecasting models to senior management.Provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements andachieve financial targets
5. Ensure strict adherence to corporate financial laws, regulationsand internal policies Oversee the implementation and maintenanceof robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensurecompliance with legal requirements
6. Lead the IT function, provide advanced technological solutions toenhance the efficiency and drive the innovation to improve overallorganizational performance. Ensure IT infrastructure is secure,scalable and capable of supporting the company's growth
7. Lead, coach and develop the finance and IT team, fostering aculture of accountability, trust, diversity and excellence. Providedirection and support to ensure the team members are motivated toachieve the goals
8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal andexternal key stakeholders. Communicate financials performance,strategic initiatives and business developments effectively
Minimum Requirement
Bachelor degree or above in finance or Accounting; International study experience is an advantage; CPA, ACCA, CIMA certificate is highly preferred;
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required; knowledge of German is an advantage
Solid experiences in both commercial & manufacturing operation at a senior-level in Finance field of multinational companies, regional experience or healthcare industry experience is a plus; Overseas work experience is advantageous
Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements in China
Demonstrated expertise in risk management and strategic financial planning
Be able to develop short-term and long-term strategy and ensureits implementation
Strong capability to drive effectiveness & productivity ofworkforce
Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonalskills
Ability to motivate teams to achieve high quality result within tighttimeframes and simultaneously manage massive projects
